Our service during Covid-19

Safe Shores Monitoring would like to reassure our customers that our service will continue as normal during this time.

In accordance with our ISO 9001 quality management system and BS5979 Alarm Receiving Centre system certifications, we are already taking the necessary management system actions relating to the effects of the disease.

Safe Shores Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre staff are considered ‘key workers’ ensuring that our ARC service delivery remains in place to provide effective cover to our lone workers and independent living services.

Safe Shores Monitoring has also successfully tested remote ARC operations and invoked our work from home policy, meaning that all non-essential NOC/ARC staff will work from home to minimise contact and cross contamination.

In the event that our service level is impacted, our customers will be notified.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
