Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date it has been delivered to you to return an item. Your item is deemed to be delivered 48 hours after placing your order or issue of your shipping note whichever is later. You have 3 business days after placing your order to inform us if no delivery is received.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you. Our team will then inspect the item.  Then we will notify you to confirm if the item is eligible for a refund or not. 

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days subject to your own card issuer’s policies.

If for any reason we find evidence that the product has been tampered with or that it has been damaged then the refund may not be approved. In this event we will notify you of the reason or reasons why you are not eligible to receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

You are required to pay for shipping costs incurred in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
